WA: Last WA Gallipoli veteran dies at 102

Western Australia's last surviving Gallipoli veteran has died aged 102.

FRANCIS WALTER ISAACS, who signed up to fight at age 19, died peacefully yesterday.

His death comes just weeks after the death of fellow WA veteran LEN HALL who was the last
surviving member of the 10th Light Horse Brigade.

There are now just three surviving Gallipoli veterans in Australia.
