AT&T ANNOUNCES A NEW INTERNET AGREEMENT WITH iMALL, INC.

PROVO, Utah, July 8 /PRNewswire/ -- iMALL, Inc. announced today a new agreement with AT&T to integrate AT&T WorldNet(SM) Service and value-added Internet access with iMALL software.

Under the agreement, access software for AT&T WorldNet Service will be distributed through the iMALL Marketing Program, a program which conducts Internet training seminars for business clients. The integrated AT&T WorldNet Service and iMall software package provides the user a taste of what the iMALL stores have to offer and enables immediate and reliable access to the Internet.

Although AT&T WorldNet Service works with the most popular browsers, the service includes a co-branded version of the popular Netscape Navigator browser, preconfigured for easy installation.
