Vic: $9m Powerball winner from Echuca
The small Victorian historic river town of Echuca is home to Australia's latest millionaire-- but they don't know it yet.
The $9 million Powerball jackpot was won by one entry bought from Echuca Lucky Lotto.
The winner, who is not registered with Tattersall's, bought a 12 game quick pick entryand is yet to claim his or her prize.
